Is it possible to password the home hub phone or stop anyone from dialing mobiles etc?

Go into account options and you can block mobiles , international etc.....but they will be blocked for you as well.

Remember that you would need to set up blocks for both your BBT and landline, otherwise you could just dial "5" first and use the landline.
