BT Hub Phone 1010 / 1020 and BT Home Hub 2.0

[link to this post]

I have just upgraded my BT Home Hub from 1.0 to 2.0.

I have three hub phones - the two 1010 phones no longer work as I cannot get a dial tone - and the 1020 works - but occasionally loses the signal.

I have tried rebooting the hub, changing wireless channels etc etc. I spent the best part of an hour on the phone (mobile!) to BT, all to no avail.

Has anyone had similar problems?

Thanks for this.

It would appear there are other numerous customers having similiar problems.

Good news is that I have been sent two new Home Hub 2.1 phones FOC so maybe BT acknowledge there might be a problem.

That's a much better answer - the new phones are a big improvement on the old ones.
