Reduction in speed

For the last 36 hours I have found that my speed has been reduced from a adequate 2.8Mb/s to a tottally inadeqate 256kb/s. This does not seem to be time of day dependent (wimbledon) and I have change nothing on router or pc.

We might be able to give some insight if you could get your line stats:
http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.php
The sync speed, attentuation, SNR Margin and CRC/FEC error rates especially.
Also the data from:
