>There you have it! The 20Mbps service is wonky.

In what way is it 'wonky'

I hadn't noticed many complaints on the board about it.

TBH the constant marketing of O2 by yourself in this forum is getting pretty old.

The guy simply needs interleaving turned off, he doesn't need to weigh out hard cash to pay off his contract.

He will get as good if not better pings on BT as he will get on o2.

After all o2 are running on BT backhaul and o2 provision new circuits interleaved just like BT anyway!

That's good - about the same as a Be LLU fast Path.

Would I be correct in thinking you are on Fast Path and probably going through a Central Plus?

I`ve just contacted BT , and after several attempts , they say they have turned off interweaving on my line !......but i see no difference in my ping speed . so does anyone know if it changes instantly or does it take some time ?

It won't happen immediately. There is a lag between the pressing of the button and the circuit changing to fast path.
