Been with BT for 2 years or more now, and the service at the moment is nothing more than awful! They throttle during peak times, random dns issues, BT Home Hub is a POS, that decides its going to upgrade and restart itself during peak times, customer support...well wont go there..

I shall be ringing tomorrow for my MAC code, enough is enough.

I left BT for sky, i do not regret a thing. Speeds twice as fast, no throttling and half the price and unlimited.
