Too little too late!!!

[link to this post]

One of the biggest reasons for leaving BT broadband was the fact they made no effort to keep me as a customer when I went out of yearly contract on broadband. They gave me my mac number without a single comment or any effort to find why I wanted to leave.

Now in the space of 2 weeks I have received 3 letters trying to get me back as a customer.

The words horse, stable door & bolted come to mind.

So can I but in the time I was with them on their anywhere package I had few problems.

They just had no interest what so ever in customer retention.

The final offer was exactly what I had for the previous 18 months.

So you want to leave BT, and they give you a MAC with no problem then you complain that they did not offer some sort of inducement to stay with them. So is your real gripe that they would not offer cheaper BB to hang on to your custom? Why should they?

Not at all, what I was surprised at was that they did not even ask why I was leaving.
