High pings lately on BT

Lately ive been having very poor pings, it began this weekend and has gotten worse today. My download speed has differences ranging from 3mbps to 6mbps each time I test on speedtest.net.

According to my logs on speedtest.net I usually get around 57ms but now im getting around 100ms.

Im a complete newbie when it comes to this stuff. The high ping is killing my gaming Does anyone know why its going so high once it hits Sheffield?

EDIT#2: The issue seems to be resolved now whatever it was and im getting 47ms to Milton Keynes.

I've had this after 8-9pm or so the last couple of nights soon as I hit the sheffield hop - WHY AM I ROUTED VIA SHEFFIELD BT? I'm almost as far south as you can get - used to be routed via reading which makes far more sense.

Last night was 100ms to any game server

Its back to semi-normal atm but I'd be unsuprised if it doesn't pickup again during the evening at busy times
