I still don't understand why on earth you are with Bt if you feel that badly about them?

what info do you need, I got the pac for my mobile phone, so going to another mobile phone network, ok I am trying to go for another mobile phone network, Only O2 and Vodafone accepts Bt pac and O2 have already refused me due to credit problems and that was on a sim only contract, so not much chance on getting vodafone.

I will go PAYG if I have to, but I did send a email to o2, saying that how on earth can I fix my credit record when they don't even give me a chance, after all it is a sim only contract, they are not giving me a phone,s o what do they lose?

anyway, once I sort out my mobile phone the next thing will be finding a new ISp and then a new land line supplier.

Bt tried to talk me out of it last night offering me a new phone, offering me Bt vision, but eventually came to my way of thinking.

I been told that 3 would take me and maybe even Orange, I will see what vodofone does.

Good luck smile.

I thought you must have everything lined up. That credit thing is a pain frown.

Thanks for the luck, it worked smile , I had a email from Vodafone to say credit check have passed and that the sim will be here tomorrow, now have i made the right choice? i think I have because I get a lot more talk time for my money than I did with BT.

The problem is what I am going to do phone wise? the reason i was going to go for O2 is because of my old Samsung S500I phone being O2, it is a nice phone, but getting old, not really worth the cost of unlocking.

I got my old Bt phone the HTV s710, but I have a few problems with it, the screen is scratched and I can't see it in the day light, i could get Bt to unlock it and use that.,

Third option is to go and get a cheap phone from town today, up to the £30 mark. I had a look on the website, there are some nice ones a5round for that price, i don't want anything posh, just something that is easy to use.

Not sure about touch screen, vodafone got a touch screen for £30, i will pop into town before I go to work and see what it is like, but i got a few others in my sights.

This vodafone one got a FM radio, just depends how easy it is to text, not that I text very often.

Anyway if I made a mistake, i can change again next year if i am still with Bt broadband, all I spent is £30 on a mobile phone.

iI just had a walk into town to the vodafone shop to see what phones they have got, came away with nothing , well I came away with a magazine. there are a couple of phones i like the look off, but to get the price that they display I have to top up, which is what I don't want.
so I was told that once I got the sim, they can do a transfer and i would get the phones for the prices displayed.

you fool you, Talk Talk is worse than BT, i have never known a company whose sales people lies so much. Talk Talk is rubbish around here, the reliability and speed is awful. They are also try anyway of getting you to join even if it comes down to changing you over without your permission.

Talk Talk are Scum, simple as that and so is Car phone warehouse. i would not use that company if they was the last company ion this earth.

There are, that is how I feel about them and I know plenty of other people who feels the same.

I only been back with BT for 21 months or so, not sure what I am going to do with broadband, it does seem like i will be leaving Bt broadband, but got to make up my mind where to go first.

The mobile phone was the thing I needed to do first, i did not want to lose the number, so lets see if Bt gives me a better offer with their broadband, i doubt it.

TBH, unless I go LLU, there is not really much choice, and still got this thing about LLU.

Made me laugh when BT said I could have BTvision, I told her at the start not to offer me BTV as I don't have a T.V licence.

What phone deal did did BT offer, Adrian? I didn't use my fiver a month allowance on BT Anywhere so wasn't going to increase the spend to get the new phone.

I moved to GiffGaff PAYG @ 4p text 8p voice free data til May. Seemed the best PAYG deal at the time and GiffGaff is o2 in disguise so they may take BT PAC.

I can still use my Openzone login cos I am still on BT Broadband.
