slower speeds

Hi all
over the couple of months my connection has been slower then it has been for ages
streaming media (youtube etc) is ludicrously slow(let it buffer go make a coffee etc)
higher latency reading in online games eg wow now shows 200-300ms when it used to be 90-120ish
hub manager used to show around 6k down
