BT Home hub

[link to this post]

Has anyone else had a Hhub that restarts itself at least once a day for no reason ?
I have been sent a replacement as it was thought the original one was faulty but it still disconnects at least once a day, the last 2 days it was exactly at 4.40 am and today it was at 2 pm .
BT community forum mods have been brilliant, even sent out a BT engineer who checked the line from the exchange and inside my home but couldn't find anything at fault ,he also replaced the ADSL faceplate with a newer version but the only difference it made was to reduce my up speed from 1029 to 917.
I've temporarily disconnected the dect phone I was using as a hub phone in case it was that but it hasn't made any difference to the stats so I doubt that it will solve the problem.
Any ideas please ?

When you swiched over to the new HH did you also swap out the power supply? It may be the reason for the problem is a faulty power supply.

In that case do you have any timer switches going on or off at those times?
