Stuck profile

I think my ip profile is stuck. my router is synced as the stats say below but my down speed is only 350k, and the bt speed test also says im at 350k. Any help apreciated.

If it has only just dropped, it should self-correct within a few hours. Possibly over-night.

If it has been a couple of days or so then yes, there is something wrong.

Assuming for some reason you had a very low sync, and if you did that needs looking into anyway, the profile drops almost immediately. The subsequent rise once you get a proper sync speed again takes up to five days, but the bigger the expected jump the sooner it is supposed to happen.
