Thanks for Quick Fix BT

Just want to say thanks to the BT Engineers who responded in quick time to find and repair the fault on my BT-Line.
The fault occured at 1700 hours and was repaired by 0900 the following morning.
I used my mobile to check my emails and BT diverted all calls to the same mobile untill the fault was rectified.
