Unproven! The current BT ads are quite clear if you trouble to read their specs (not even the small print).

Can BT be blamed if the OP misread them? He appears to think he bought an "Anytime" BB package when Anytime Internet connections haven't been offered since dial-up days, when you could choose between Anytime, Off-Peak or PAYG Dial-up.

How often do you buy a technical product without reading the spec?
