How to Contact BT

Hi,
Can any1 please tell me how in the name of goodness I can email BT to ask a question about BT Infinity.

CARPETBURN:- thank you for your reply but alas the infinity email form is only if you have it and the contact site just goes round round and round with out ever getting to a form to ask a question.

Hmm yeah see what you mean just tried the site in detail myself to try and find alternative methods, seems they dont want to hear from anyone direct....... All pointless questions and answers games that lead nowhere useful.

Because depending on who answers the post/PM the info given may as well be taken with a pinch of salt also, judging from some of the things they have told people on here.

At the contact site http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact choose:
Broadband => BT Infinity => I have a general technical query => Email

leads you to a general Email Us form

Yeah was what i originally pointed to, it looks like thats customers only now. Though i dont think it was always like that. Im pretty sure i used it in the past asking some questions when the service was first announced. I guess since then they got sick of enquires Typical
