reduced speed

Hi--tried a search but no results.
For 3 years I have had a download speed of 2.5mb Since November this has been reduced to 1mb. I keep calling and they keep fobbing me off with nonsense .I tried their checker as if I was looking for a new package which confirms 1 mb available only.
Is there anywhere other than their " complaints" I can go.

For a start post your router stats.
