We are with BT for broadband option 3 & they have recently upgraded our exchange so we can now get a whopping 1.5Mbps! Unfortunately since then our internet connection has been dropping from approx 6pm till next morning. Have contacted BT who sorted it for 5 days (saying it was a problem at exchange) but it has since started again. Reported fault again to BT tonight who now say engineer has to come out, but not till next Wed! Just wondered if anyone on here might have ideas what problem could be? Any advise would be appreciated! Thank you.
