As far as I know, it's the same as the Home Hub 2. Are you seeing some big differences then ?

I have issues with my BB and because of that have a fixed SNR of 9db but the new home hub 3 is NOT reporting that frown

So what's it reporting?

In fact, can you post all the stats?

Well, it certainly doesn't look that way, despite the assurances.

You know this, but that looks like 6dB margin, with room to spare. Is it stable at that?

The bloke from HLC is calling again tomorrow and will get him to chase it more frown
Getting fedup of it all now crazy

They are assuring me its set at 9db as I get problems if it isnt as everytime the
SNR alters it leads to a stuck profile/capped profile issue, that's why its been set at
9db for a few yrs now blush

Well, it will be set to a target when you resync. This will also set the sync speed. As the noise changes this will be reflected by the margin changing but the sync speed will remain the same.

So resync and check the margin at that time.

Its been resynch'd several times the last few days - to be honest I don't think the Hub 3 is reporting it correctly as an old Hub 2 I have tried now does give a 9db (varying by only a few points) crazy
