When was the last time you switched the Home Hub off for twenty minutes? Or at all?
I think the night before I posted these results, I left the router off all night, and turned it back on in the morning, it seemed to help a little as the ping went down to under 100ms, but it soon went back up.
the eng will test your line with a usb modem if i remember rightly sao if his connection is good and ping is good this will highlight the router as an issue however on checking your stats before your throughput to ip profiloe ratio is terrible this will show up on the test as well.
