3 dB SNR and Interleaving off request

My broadband is often stable for weeks at a time (had 13k for a while) then comes the 3 dB SNR and occasional disconnections occur until it goes back to 6 dB. It's disconnected twice recently but still has the 3 dB profile so I'm wondering if 3 dB profiles are here to stay or experimental?

Also I would appreciate if interleaving could be switched off?

3dB has been around for at least a year ...

Do a resync just after dusk or at dawn ... that way it still has a some margin to allow for the overnight increase in noise. If you sync at the time when speed is greatest you will find a middle of the night loss of sync. I would resync mine and it would stay stable for weeks.
