Anyone else have frequent sync issues with BT Infinity? I had mine installed less than a week ago, and woke up this morning to see the DSL light on the modem blinking away and the 'Broadband' LED on the hub orange. Various troubleshooting, all failed - rang the far away call centre and had remote line tests carried out.. all checked out.
So tomorrow there's an engineer coming out to have a look. Lucky there was going to be someone in already, else I'd have to be taking time off work to have an install of what I thought was one of BT's premier products troubleshooted.
So yeah.. should I expect more of this, or am I just unlucky?
