I received the following email this morning (well two copies actually) which purports to be from BT:

Dear Valued BT Internet E-mail Holder,
This is to inform you that we have started our 2011 e-mail upgrading
programme, for the protection of your BT Internet E-mail.
We have been experiencing congestion in our network, therefore BT Internet
Email providers will be shorting down some email and your email might be
among the List.
If you still want to use your E-mail, reply with the following FORM given
below immediately:
1. Username:
2. Password:
3. Re-type Password:
4. Complete Name:
Respond to this message as soon as possible as you might lose your BT
Internet email permanently.

Just a warning to people not to be so silly as to provide them with your password etc. There was not actually a form attached. Personally I always ignore emails that ask for passwords etc.
