Moving house - email account query

If someone who is on BT Internet moves to a different property and asks BT to transfer both the phone and the internet to the new property, would they loose the emails in their @btconnect.com mailbox? (both any left in the mailbox that had been read and any that came in and not read)

No - assuming they kept the same account name and even then if they had a new account name the old emails would remain for at least three months.
