Moving house with Infinity would also of course only be possible if the new address had Infinity available. What BT T & Cs say about if it doesn't I will leave to you to look up. I expect they will count a switch to ADSL2+ as maintaining your contract though.

Reseller sites have said (relatively clear if you can find it) is an FTTC contract cannot be relocated to a new house. You must pay out the remainder of the contract and start a new one.
I can't see this type of thing being initiated by the resellers so I assume it's either come from Openreach or whichever wholesale provider the resellers use (Entanet I guess).

I can see that ending up in a court of law, with a request for it to be deemed an unfair contract.

Sucks doesn't it?

From the ZEN website
"Currently there is no House Move process for Fibre Optic Broadband services. Unfortunately this means that your service is non transferrable. If you were to move to another enabled location and wanted to continue to receive Fibre Optic Broadband, you would need to order a second service while completing the terms of your original service."

It seems some resellers are tackling it in a different way;

From the Aquiss website
"Moving the fibre service to another property (house move) will be subject to a £125.00 one-off charge"
