Does BT_Care sort out the problems over the forum or does it involve posting my issue on the actual
BT.com
site? Just curious as Iv been waiting a

Sounds daft, but try contacting via Twitter. There's a team in Ireland that pick those up.

bare in mind BT_Care is a collective of BT reps and they do help sort things out, try Twitter but quote the fact you have logged it here as well.
