BT Infinity

I have been told by a number of people to post any problems on this forum, as its my first day I didnt know there was a BT Forum, I dont want to get any of my posts closed due to cross posting, I would just like to know if anyone who is firmilar with or works for BT is around?

BT_Care is viewing a list of PMs (probably quite a few ) right now, check out the tab "Who's Online", they should get back to you ........

Is there a certain time that BT_Care deals with issues or is it whenever someone logs into the BT_Care account?
