Hi all,
I have a BT HomeHub2 and ever since the last firmware update in May this year it is constantly dropping the line. Look at the router and the broadband light is flashing yellow. After a minute or so it goes blue and I'm back online. This is happening about twice a day now and really getting on my nerves especially if I'm trying to work via VPN and get disconnected in the middle of doing something. I have noticed that if this happens very early in the morning it takes much longer to re connect again.
Has anyone got any tips on how to stop this from happening, or is the router faulty?
Here are my line stats from the router if that helps
Noise margin (Down/Up) 11.4 dB / 6.7 dB
Line attenuation (Down/Up) 25.2 dB / 10.7 dB
Output power (Down/Up) 23.1 dBm / 1.5 dBm
