However, now I am with BT I wonder if it is possible to tranfer this dial up account name as one of my sub-account email addresses so that I don't need to bother dialling up. I have phoned up about this 3 times, but I get put through to an asian call centre and get fobbed off with poor or incoherent advice. I hope this isn't representative of the customer support experience I can expect as I am in an 18 month contract.
