web cam

Can anyone help use web cam a lot (I am Disable ) but now my friend is on infinity all I get my end is still picture been on to BT no help try rebooting still the same refommating use two computers and two web cams still not right anyone can help would like some please.

Your friend with infinity may be sending the video at such a high bit rate that your slower connection is only displaying an occassional frame.

Get friend to try lowering the quality of what they send. The actual application used for the camera sessions would help people suggest things too.
