21CN Upgrade Disaster

Exchange was upgraded about three weeks and its been a total disaster ever since. Im due a third engineer soon as the upgrade has turned a totally stable line into constant disconnections on using BB or recieving incoming/outgoing calls.

Anyone else experienced this same problem ?

Just the exchange? Or your service too?

21CN WBC transfer is only done based on an ISP order, and the changes in upstream from the usual 448Kbps to usually a lot more show whether you are on WBC.

BT just automatically upgraded me to 21CN and i get that now with double upstream and a slight increase in downstream.

Has the internal wiring being eliminated? As lines that are very stable with ADSL can be unstable on ADSL2+. Forcing the modem back to using only ADSL2 mode or ADSL mode can help.
