I kept my BT yahoo premium mail even though I switched broadband ISP from BT some years ago. I no longer need it, nor the monthly cost to keep it running.
I tried to cancel this service by telephoning the number provided on the BT website 0800 443 311 but was transferred from pillar to post all over what seemed to be their Indian call centre. However, my efforts to get it cancelled over the phone appears unsuccessful as BT still keep charging me.. I sent an email to [email protected] with an order to cancel the service and asking for confirmation (to be on the safe side) a few days ago. I have yet to receive a confirmation.
I really don't see what else I can do (or should do, as this has taken up a lot of time to do a simple thing). Is it BT policy to not respond to [email protected] emails? But they carry out instructions anyway?
Can anyone clarify please.
Thanks
