Mine is over a Residential line ... and always has been.

And has an added advantage that if there is a line fault it gets repaired within the Business time frame as it is affecting the DSL service. Except when the last time it went down, it was out for 6 weeks - but so were all of out other lines!

Have to say I've found BT spot on. I never ring up for help even if the support is UK based as its always script reading drones.

Anytime i have an issue i fire an email to the CEO office and someone contacts me (always been someone in the UK).


The service has been spot on.
