As can be seen, first thing ... nearly 20 megs.

Now we are getting to near impossible to use.

Notice the uploads are stable, and have been this rate since November!

I guess it's India again then ...

Lots of pages giving me "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" now ... ironically I was trying to get my phone bill pdf from BT and it crapped out.

At least I have some logs to show the pattern of loss of anything near broadband, let alone "high speed BB".

Aha ...

Broadband problem in the Sheffield area ... but if you look at the dialling codes affected it says that 01904 is one of them - which is York!

Fingers crossed this is the problem
