Peak times

What are the actual peak times?
Is daytime peak? I know evening will be and after midnight or is it 2am off-peak?
I would rather keep my downloads off-peak.
Anyone know?

BT don't have peak/off-peak. All usage counts all day both ways (Unless on Unlimited package).

Thanks I know that, it's not about usage it's more about being considerate to other users and even being considerate to BT.

Midnight to 8am is off peak for many ISPs. Peak time will generally be business hours and up to 10pm.

3pm til about 11pm will be when the network is under the greatest strain.
