Price increase?

Unlimited Broadband and Evening & Weekend Calls with superfast BT Infinity now £26 pm.

I signed up to the above last month at £25 pm (18 month).

Does that mean everyones bill goes up by £1 pm or do we stay at the price agreed?

Unlimited Broadband and Evening & Weekend Calls with BT Infinity £20 for 3 months then £26 a month. Available to new BT Broadband customers who sign up to an 18 months contract and pay BT line rental.

The former quote "Unlimited Broadband and Evening & Weekend Calls" relates to the non-Infinity Up to 20Mb speed ADSL2+ product.

The latter quote "Unlimited Broadband and Evening & Weekend Calls with BT Infinity" relates to the different Infinity product.

So which did you sign up for?

You should keep to the contracted price. Those on website are for new customers.

I took Infinity at £25 per month but £20 for first 3 months. That appears to have disappeared.

So what?

Prices to new customers, and enticement offers, can change at any time with any ISP. Have you had any communication telling you your charges will increase?

Did you order by linking through TopCashBack or Quidco? Infinity was earning something there when I looked in February. If not, you missed a bigger benefit there . Around £20 at the moment.

Maybe I misunderstood the reason for and tone of your posts.

You appear to be genuinely concerned that you will be charged £26 rather than £25 when the time comes .

(It was meant "friendly", as in "you have nothing to worry about". So we misunderstood each other).
