Not data from fon hotspots

When I try to log onto fon hotspots, I can join them but get no data, if I try to collect email it times out, if I try a web page I get a message saying, that I need to connect to the Internet, even the fon hotspot created by my own homehub is the same, I am opted in and my hub has fon enabled, but can't use it.

Have you logged in with your BTOpenzone username and password?

Yes, have even downloaded and registered the apps for iPhone and pad, still the same.

We used an Openzone-H (Neighbour's HH which allows a certain amount of bandwidth to be used for hot spot) service in between changing ISP. Half the day it wouldn't work, sometimes we couldn't even connect to Openzone.

The killer for me was when the girlfriend could see what I was browsing on the PC on her Android tablet!

I know the Opnezone proper is different from what we were using but I've heard that a lot of people have issues with connecting, websites....

I was actually looking at new PC bits 'n' bobs on Ebuyer, the chances of her agreeing to me buying any......

Back to sense, , how does that happen anyway? It sounds ridiculous.

I have no idea how it happened - only happened the once but that was enough.

well have totally reset everything, disabled and re-enabled fon, deleted and reinstalled all iOS apps and it now seems to be working, so what was causing it i don't know but hopefully now all will be ok.

I've never been able to log onto FON or Openzone using my own Hub.
