BT Infinity Issues in Northern Ireland

Anybody else with Infinity in NI having speed issues every evening between approx 8 to midnight?

The BT speed tester has been returning between 2 and 4 Mbps every evening during these periods. It has been like that every evening from the start of last weekend. Outside these times, it performs as per line speed. Expect a bit of a slowdown during peak periods but 2Mbps is having a laugh!

I am not aware of an issue affecting Infinity speeds in NI. I would like to take a look at this for you. Please could you send me in your details using http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4950

I will also need you to run a speed test using www.speedtester.bt.com when you feel your connection is running at its slowest. This should help me trace where the problem is.

This evening's test showed 7Mbps. test3 didn't complete as it crashed when transferring results. Still an issue somewhere.

Well tried tonight at six and at nine and the speeds were identical. I didn't use the speed test but downloaded a test file from usenet. Both maxed out the connection.

Problems returned this evening again. 6Mbps on first stage of checker. Second test fails due to server error. Xbox live struggling!!!

Can you post a tracert to bbc.co.uk ? It's probably the same hop causing the issues again as last time. it ends with 182.The bold hop is the one that was causing issues at peak times. I just reconnected until i got another route:
