Still more people complaining about not being able to use BT email due to the 'on-going' login rejected - invalid password issue. More BT customers are posting on BT's forum: http://community.bt.com/t5/Other-BB-Queries/E-mail-p... Lots of frustration being vented but no answers yet...
The work around of logging into BT webmail and 'starting' to change your password which allows your email client to function is still working for people affected - but obviously it's not ideal!
If anyone knows any better solutions to this, please let me know
I take it BT_Care don't visit this forum anymore?
