How would the engineer install my new line

Hi all. I'm in a flat now, its 70 build, ground floor. At the moment there is a Telewest line going in from the street. I am having Infinity of course, I can't find any BT line so having this done as well.

Would the engineer run the new line in fron the street along the same route? There white plastic box is still in the living room, I gather he would pull it off??

Most likely there are phone lines going to the block already , particularly as from the 70's.

Openreach would have to pay Virgin Media to use its duct, so would run its own if it is required.
