Ordering Infinity Speed Upgrade

Well, at 08:20 Today rang BT to order a speed increase to my existing Infinity Option 2 package. Oh dear !

15-minutes later (and several lots of hold music) the lady I spoke to finally discovered what I was talking about. Apparently she was unaware of BT's announcement.

Once the penny had dropped, the Order process went through smoothly. Expect the switch in about 24-Hours time I was told.

Like most things BT, I always find it difficult to find the right Web page or telephone number to ring for the service I want.

This morning, spent 30-minutes on hold with BT before my call was answered (thankfully, not in India). All I wanted to do was cancel my activation of the BT FON service since their Web site wouldn't accept my username or password credentials. The nice lady at BT gave me the Web access credentials and then, Job done.
