Infinity and torrents

I am having Infinity installed next week and it appears that torrents are throttled quite a bit which is a big disappointment on a hopefully 73MB connection (according to speed checker).

I read VPN is one way to go. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions and can point me towards a quality reliable VPN?

Some people are reporting that the throttling is far more relaxed now. I'd suggest you wait until you're connected to see how the performance is for you, before buying what could be a needless VPN service.
