BT Business Broadband Setup time

I've just moved into new premises and am waiting for my broadband to be processed.

Tracking online says it's currently on the step "Engineer Appointment" and says "Engineer appointment - not required". The next step is "Completion".

I'm wondering if anyone has any estimates of when the connection will move to completed.

Is this for an ADSL service?

If so, it could be when your Hub is despatched or the forecast day of delivery. That is provided you have ordered/requested one.

Yes this is for ADSL. The order is for broadband to be activated at new premises so there are no deliveries due, The due date online says it's scheduled for the 21st of May but the woman on the phone I spoke to this morning said it would likely happen much sooner.

When the router arrives (assuming you have one included), get it set up and connected to the line, and just leave it there. Once the setup is complete at the exchange it'll just spring into life.
