HI,
I have moved to a new house and my bt broadband is very slow. I am getting less than 1.8Mbps and I believe others are getting 6Mbs+ on the same street. We are only 800 meters from the exchange. There is nothing else connected to my home phone nexwork, phones etc.
I have plugged into the socket within the master socket but it makes no difference. I am also connected from my computer to the router via a network cable, no wireless.
Can anybody tell from the details my router reveals whether I should be getting better speeds? It's all gobbledegoop to me. Thanks in advance for any help.
