Impossible - but it demonstrates how speedtest.net works and over reports.

Don't you find most things get better once the kids have gone to bed?

Pretty Good, how far from cab are you ?
|
|
|
Well, not happy now internet has slowed to about 1.6Mbs download and the upload is not worth mentioning.
have switched off modem and router and switched on just the same ?
I guess I'll have to contact BT.
It's a shame as the speed was at max earlier today.
Would a downpour of rain have killed it ?

What results do you see from www.speedtester.bt.com

I'm back up to full speed now
Download speedachieved during the test was - 71.09 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 12 Mbps-77.43 Mbps .
Additional Information:
IP Profile for your line is - 77.43 Mbps
Speed test was run with a PS3 online gaming and another PC on !!
I swapped back to the HH3 which inluded switching of the modem and all is well.........
I'll try the TP link router later to see if that has a problem...
thanks
