Anyone having issues with sites just sitting on blank pages for a few minutes waiting for resources to load?
BBC News just sits there "Sending request..." on Chrome.
I tested this on an a remote computer and it loads fine?

Never mind, Google DNS was the cultprit!

I am having similar issues as well, some webpages taking significantly longer to load than others. Just changed to OpenDNS but there are still some sites I still cannot access like the BBC website.

Interesting I thought it was my PC as I could not even get to the thinkbroadband.com web site for ages.

There have been mumblings at work about an update to IE7 causing no web page issues. Is this what you use to browse ?

Don't know whether or not it's relevant, but it looks like there could be a problem at Level3 or telia. See

I also have this problem, particularly with HTTPS. The DNS address of the destination is an akamai cache and not the true destination, and the cache is serving no data. That's what I am finding anyway.
Affected for me are:
santander.co.uk
community.bt.com (ironic!)

Had same issue at midday using OpenDNS & Orange DNS, even on TBB Home page. But cleared now.
