Was hoping to be on FTTC tonight......but

They sent the HH to the wrong address. I only realised late last night and thankfully the people who moved into my old house (5 years ago) were still up and had kept it.

Then stayed at home all day waiting for a 8-1 appointment. Nobody showed, nobody called. Rang them at 2.30 and was promised he would be here by 3 - no show. Order tracker still showing me as on for today.

I thinking I might stay with O2 and get the retention deal they offered the 2nd time around.
