Bt HH

Hello all need help please. i cant remember how to get into my homehub also i cant remember my username or password for homehub, is there any way geting around this with out ring Bt, thanks in advance for any help advice.

Normally you would open a browser like Internet explorer and browse to the IP address 192.168.1.254 or http://bthomehub.home

The default username password can be found on the hub (see below.)

If still 'locked out' try a pin in the reset hole at the back, that will set all to default, then you can use the admin stuff from there.
