Sainsburys vouchers

Has anyone actually received their voucher for taking BT Infinity 2's special offer? I ordered mine on 2 May but haven't received it yet.

Did you apply for the vouchers, as this is a separate exercise!

NB:- I ordered BT Broadband, earlier this year, & eventually got my vouchers!

Yes, claimed for the Sainsburys offer on 2 May using the special claims at BT.com as instructed.

Unfortunately the BT Reps don't seem to have been around for a few months, on here.

However, I would suggest that their advice would have been to raise a query via:-

Within that, you can specifically highlight your post here!

NB:- it tends to beat the Call-Centre!!

I got mine within a couple of weeks, joined 1st week of June.

Mine arrived with no prompting and before I expected them.

So no problem for me to sort out.
