People who do that should have an answer phone or voicemail and then the caller leaves a message with contact name and number to call back on

Except in my experience the caller hardly every does. Only had one sensible voicemail message left since I can't remember when.

My point was to do with your post that I replied to, which didn't mention caller ID. Specifically, it said "Only had one sensible voicemail message left since I can't remember when". smile

Thanks for you answer, maybe the ITU should set a standard for this, so that callerID shows the full number including country code, then you could block 234 smile
