Who to contact if no joy with BT?

As per title - not having success with the usual call centre and usual testing.

I contacted Ian Livingstone before with my previous problems few years ago but he is now out of BT I think.

IIRC the email address for him is still being directed to the Serious Complaints Team. Till the end of this month I think.

'Tis to be hoped if the OP uses it, he remembers there is no "e" at the end of Livingston. Whether or not they have a catcher for it with an "e" I don't know.
