League of Legends players

Has anyone been lagging in game ever since Saturday? I've tried reinstalling and resetting my router. Every game, every 5 mins "attempt to reconnect". I'm not sure if this is a league issue or an ISP one.

EDIT: Alright the issue isn't just with League of Legends. I disconnect from Teamspeak and Skype regularly, all while still being able to browse and watch streams. Any ideas what's going on? I've already done anti-virus/spyware scans.
